Breathwork is a profound practice that uses intentional breathing to access deep states of consciousness, offering healing and insight. I provide transformational, functional, and daily techniques to help you find calm and lighten your load.

Counselling at Free Spirit Healing is centred around your needs. I am here to listen, lighten the load and help you process. For over 15 years I’ve worked with a range of issues from deep trauma to daily overwhelm - all focused on helping you regain your power.

At Free Spirit Healing, I use therapeutic play to support children in navigating life’s challenges. This approach helps with school refusal, behavioural difficulties, trauma, and everyday stress, providing a safe space for children to express themselves, process emotions, and build resilience.
Your journey is unique — and so is your plan. Whether you are looking for calm or seeking empowerment.

Don’t just take my word for it — hear from the incredible individuals who’ve experienced the transformation.
Thank you for my amazing session yesterday.
I woke up this morning more refreshed than I have been for a long time. I
have been getting a bit of lower back pain/tightness over the past few months but today was noticeably less & I feel a lot more mobile.
I feel that the ‘clearing’ that we worked on yesterday has made such a difference - can’t thank you enough.
I’ve tried 6 different counsellors in the past year & you’re the first one who actually listened to what I needed.
Knowing you had DV lived experience also made a big difference as I felt less vulnerable.
Thank you so much for holding such a lovely space for me, I really appreciate it.
After losing my beloved souldog Uki, breathwork has offered grounding support.
Alexandra’s intuition, skill, and steady presence helped me move through grief with gentleness and connection.
It has been an incredible gift to be supported by her.
I can't thank you enough for giving me the best experience!!
For the first time since my divorce I feel calm & myself again.
And I slept like a baby using the soothing bath salts you sell also.
Got questions? I’ve got answers!
